By accessing or using PdfToLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PdfToLedger provides an online tool for extracting transaction data from bank statement PDFs and converting it to Excel format. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Usage Limits

Guest users may perform up to 2 extractions per day. Registered users may perform up to 5 extractions per day. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload files that contain illegal or fraudulent content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service
Use automated scripts or bots to bypass rate limits
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data

5. Accuracy

PdfToLedger uses machine learning to detect transactions. We do not guarantee that all transactions will be correctly identified. Always verify extracted data against your original statement.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PdfToLedger shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and technology of the Service are owned by PdfToLedger. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
